May I present the end product of my vday diy project............
heart cushion!
so nice I've to hug it first before giving it to my valentine! :)
Before & after!
I was running a high fever the night before when I meet Yu, so I popped a panadol before I sleep when Bastard say "Hor sick then tomorrow vday no need go out le"
Boo. Made me miss my interview & put Ven's plane :(
Lucky I recovered fast enough for my dinner date! phew
Anyhoos, I cabbed down to Jurong Island to wait for my valentine's dismissal.
The uncle just dropped me by the road when I say bus stop!
Jurong Island checkpoint is so scary, with all the male workers, heavy vehicles and so ooloo!
Lucky my valentine came out shortly after I figured the way to the bus stop :)
And from far I saw something pink "sprouting" behind his back!
It was a small lovely bouquet of flower!
I really wonder how on earth he get to buy a bouquet of flower. He said he plucked it from the island. Yea right. hahahah
Then I gave him the heart cushion! He thought I was lying to him when I told him I sewed it all by myself! He only believed it when I showed him the stitches at the bottom haha!
So now he has both hugs AND kisses! hee
Then we cabbed down to Bugis for dinner!
Wanted to go that Jap restaurant we went with his friend Edmund the other day but super long queue! So we settled for NYDC instead.
We ordered the Valentine couple set meal, disappointed that one of the main dishes choice Dory Fish (which is our fav) and the mushroom muchies starter (which is my fav) is sold out! :(
Cute menu! Look how ferocious he is! A hungry man is indeed an angry man!
our dessert is a heart shaped tiramusu! And a complimentary bear named Wood for every vday set meal ordered!
Wood gave him a peck & he gave Wood a passionate kiss!
We then head down to town to catch late night movie New in Town before heading home.
It was already past midnight when we reach his place, I was using his toilet and he ask me to wait for him. After waiting like 30mins, I received his phone call asking me to go his void deck's playground.
And from far I saw a brightly-lit colourful playground!
That's the 2nd surprise he was saying on the cab!
For our 8 monthsary! (our monthsary was on the 15th a day after vday you see)
there's even sparkles to play too!
