♥ Runway at Powerhouse

We are the barcode girls!

hahahaha! After watching cycles of Project Runway & American Next Top Model, I've finally realised my vain dream of being a runway model! Hooray!

It was at this party named 'Barcode' at St James Power House for the fashion label 'Kai'

It was an underage party (yawns) but lucky they were kids I wasn't intimated by the crowd!

And the great thing about kids was they're enthusiatic & full of energy!
They really are a bunch of supportive kids with the cheers and claps which boosted my confidence, especially I'm the FIRST to go on stage! :)
BUT kids being kids, as we played the 2nd piece of music for our 2nd runway, they thought it was time for THEM to go on stage, and they happily ran up the stage and dance like no tomorrow -.-

Heck the little hiccup, it was a hell load of fun! :D

I took half day off work, rushed home to take my gear, and rushed down for rehearsal.

And we all took light dinner (to avoid the bulging tummy) before trying on our clothes :)

I got this super nice black dress with a low v-line in front for my 1st piece, my 2nd piece was a gold halter dress :) so nice I'm gonna head to Kai to get it!

After all our rehearsals we went out for the 10 min photography session.

Gosh I've never had so many flashes coming towards me!

Everything went smoothly :)

I didn't fall, my nude bra didn't drop off, I remembered my way, I look great!

Yay! And I made friends with the other models! muackx

I was inspired to pin this hairstyle after Fiona gave me the pom pom hair suggestion :)

Fiona (left) is 1/4 Dutch & 1/4 peranakan mixed, Kim (middle) is 1/2 Spanish & 1/2 malay and I'm the fake mixed! hahahahaha

After the event we clubbed a while before cabbing home with Honey & Yiwen.

Slept at 2 plus and went to work the next day.

I woke up and thought "Was I dreaming?"

It was a fun fufilling day <3>
