Went to Itacho Sushi at Ion Orchard to celebrate ShiJie's birthday!


Chawanmushi with crab meat! raw Scallop sushi blazed with fire on surface!

California, Tuna & Salmon handroll! The ingredients go all the way down to your last bite!
Snow crab sushi!

Salmon sushi with skin, Unagi sushi!

Lobster salad sushi, Fried tofu with shrimp!
The sushi don't come in a pair but individually, quite pricey but super yummy!

Christmas eve was like Valentine's Day, with Liang surprising me with this bouquet of flowers with bears. And we had macroons & log cake yum yum.
And I had dinner at Zhong Guo Can Ting on Christmas! misses!
